The confidence of drivers in insurance companies providing car insurance services is now at its highest level in the past three years. This conclusion is contained in the study of the business portal StockWatch, in which 600 households took part.
The average rating of the ten companies included in the sample, this year rose to 6,07 point (from 10) compared to 5,5 point a year earlier. This is the highest value since January of the year 2014. Compared to the 2017 year, all companies scored higher scores.
Consumers were asked to rank on the scale from 0 to 10 the level of confidence in the ten largest (in terms of payments) insurance companies in the market and determine whether they would recommend a company.
In the first place is the company General Insurance of Cyprus (Bank of Cyprus group), which collected 7 points (6,40 points last year). It is followed by CNP Insurance and Pancyprian Insurance (Hellenic Bank), which have 6,60 points (CNN score in 2017 - 6,40 points). Atlantic Company scored 5,95 points, and Gan Direct - 5,90 points.
