Announced Erdogan's visit to Russia

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is expected in the first half of March, will make a visit to Russia, during which will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, said the Ambassador of the Republic Huseyin Dirioz.

"In the course of contact with the Russian president will discuss the steps to further establish our relations", - the ambassador said in an interview to "Interfax".

He said that the meeting between Putin and Erdogan will become the fourth in the last six months.

Recall, the first since the crisis in bilateral relations between Russia and Turkey met President Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan was held in St. Petersburg in August 9 2016 years. The main result of the negotiations was the restart of relations between Moscow and Ankara after the incident with the downed Russian aircraft Su-24. Putin and Erdogan announced their intention to restore cooperation in all areas.
