Egypt: Not Assad led Syria extremists

The fight against terrorism should be understood that the extremists in Syria has not led the country's leadership, headed by Bashar al-Assad, said Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

"The past four years have brought a lot of problems, and not only Syria, but the whole entire region pays for a very high price," - said the president of Egypt.

He said that Moscow was in Syria to help local authorities, "defending and protecting its interests", reports TASS referring to Fox News.

Recall that in contrast to the previous US administration, when Donald Trump Washington's position is that Bashar Asad - is "political reality" of Syria, stating that his resignation is not a priority for the White House.

In this case, Trump said about changing attitudes to Assad because "himataki" in Idlib.

The United States did not wait for an investigation of the incident and immediately accused Assad.

Moscow offers "real investigation" instead of "appoint" those responsible to establish all the facts.
