Lavrov: West began to understand, in a situation where the dog is buried with Ukraine

Western counterparts in recent years are beginning to understand who is responsible for the deadlock in the implementation of the Minsk agreements on Ukraine, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking to teachers and students in Minsk.

"Unfortunately, not everything depends on us. But Western counterparts already understand recently, where the dog is buried and who is responsible for the continuing impasse, "- the Russian minister said, according to RIA" Novosti ".

In February, Lavrov also said that in Brussels and Washington are beginning to understand the unacceptable behavior of Ukraine.

On Wednesday at a meeting of "Normandy format" reached an agreement on the withdrawal of weapons in the Donbass, the expansion possibilities of the OSCE SMM. However, the talks on the main theme - the elections in the Donbass - were, according to the Ukrainian side, to no avail.

So, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that the implementation of the Minsk agreements can be frozen due to the disagreement of the parties. According to Klimkin, in the negotiations, "Norman Quartet" model discussed the elections in the Donbass, but on the elections in the Donbass, "there is no real progress."
