The Limassol City Hall is considering the creation of a Victory Park in Cyprus

In the mayoralty of Limassol, a meeting was held, during which the issue of creating a Victory Park was discussed. According to the mayor Nikos Nikolaidis, he will be erected in Zakaki. In the park in honor of the victory over fascism will be erected a monument dedicated to all those who protected the world from the brown plague.

According to Politis, the implementation of the project should be completed by the end of 2018. The meeting was attended by the Russian Ambassador to Cyprus Stanislav Osadchy and Russian businessman and philanthropist Vyacheslav Zarenkov, whose means in Episkopio built the temple of St. Andrew and all the saints in the Russian land.
