US Secretary of State arrived in Moscow yesterday. Before his visit to Russia Tillerson made a strong statement on Syria, calling on Moscow to "choose" between a partnership with the US and support for Bashar al-Assad.

According to him, "history has proven, when Moscow and Washington cooperate, benefit not only our people, but the whole world."
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow and Washington have appointed special representatives to identify without emotion "irritants in the relationship."
The incident in Idlib
Lavrov said he discussed the incident with Tillerson himatakoy in Idlib and saw the United States' readiness to support an international investigation into these events.
