The Serbian Orthodox Church will participate in the Pan-Orthodox cathedral on Crete

Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOC) decided at a meeting that the delegation of the Serbian Orthodox Church, headed by Patriarch Irinej will participate in the Pan-Orthodox cathedral on Crete.

As RIA Novosti reported with reference to the media, "the Serbian Orthodox Church Cathedral will express their comments, and if they do not take into account, will be ready to depart from Crete."

Earlier, Serbian Orthodox Church appealed to the head of the Orthodox Church of Constantinople to postpone it for a while because of the "experienced difficulties" and also asked to consider the upcoming gathering in Crete only as a Pre-Council Conference.
