"Smart" headed for the Mediterranean Sea

As the chief of the information support department of the Black Sea Fleet, Captain First Rank Vyacheslav Truhachev, the Black Sea Fleet's watchguard "Smetlivy" is sent to the Mediterranean, where it will join the Russian Navy.
