Limassol Zoo wants to build four skyscrapers

The construction boom in Cyprus continues and threatens to leave Limassol free. In the Department of Environmental Protection is under consideration a new project with a loud name Limassol Neo, says Stockwatch.

The project involves the construction of four towers (43, 38, 31 and 25 floors) in the territory where there is a large parking near the Municipal Park in Limassol, behind the pavilion Pafilia.

According to the plans of developers, Limassol Neo will offer those who wish to buy property in Cyprus 345 apartments. In addition, at this location it is planned to organize shopping areas, open restaurants and build a six-level underground parking for 1473 parking spaces. The project cost is estimated at 250 million euros.

If the project passes all necessary instances, the construction will begin in 2019 and end in 2024.
