The party DICKO voted for withdrawal of coalition government

Democratic Party DIKO expressed dissatisfaction with how the new round of talks on a Cyprus settlement. In this regard, the party voted to secede from the government coalition.

If this week's Party Central Committee will approve the decision, the four government ministers representing the party DICKO vacate office. Namely: Defense Minister Fotis Fotiu, Energy Minister Giorgos Lakkotripis, Health Minister Petros Petrides, as well as Minister of Education and Culture Kyriakos Kenevezos.
