The victims of the earthquake in Greece were two people, more than 120 people were injured, another 70 people were injured in Turkey, the media and local authorities reported.
Underground shocks of 6,7 magnitude occurred in the Aegean Sea. The epicenter was located in 10,3 kilometers from the Turkish Bodrum and at 16,2 kilometers from the Greek island of Kos. Both Bodrum and Kos are popular among tourists, RIA Novosti reports citing the Associated Press and NTV.
The authorities of the Greek island report the collapse of some ramshackle buildings. In addition, the minaret of the mosque and the fortress of the Hospitallers were damaged. The victims received mostly minor injuries.
