  • 150 ml of milk

Preparation:

  • Boil chicken until tender in salted water.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g of cheese
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 bulbs

Preparation:

  • Cook the rice in salted water.

  • Fry the onions, then the mushrooms.
  • Mix the rice with half of the cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
