Recipe salting salmon ... in the freezer!

Fish on the preparation of the recipe turns out tender and unusual. It melts in your mouth.

Prepare the brine (to 1-1.5 kg of fish) on a liter of water 1 5 tablespoons salt and 5 tablespoons sugar. Salt and sugar take without slides, but without removing the excess with a knife. Can salt-sugar to dissolve in cold water, but you can boil the solution and completely cool.

Pour the brine fish, cover the dish and put at least a day in the freezer.

Please note that the brine is not transformed into a piece of ice.

Thawed until the last pieces of ice.
